1.7.0 Web

New

  • The Data Sources page has a Visualizer tab. It draws each data source flowing into its sections, sized by how much data each one holds and colored like its connector, and marks which are still syncing, which stopped because a sync failed, and which came from an uploaded file. Choose a section and then Open to see its records.
  • For Apple Health and Health Connect, the Visualizer shows which apps your readings came from.
  • Monarch Export (beta): import your Monarch transactions or daily account balances from a CSV export.
  • When you add RescueTime, you pick the time zone your RescueTime account uses. RescueTime doesn’t tell DayDash which zone its times are in, so this keeps your hours at the right time of day.

Improvements

  • DayDash’s local database moves to a newer version. The first time you open DayDash after this update, it downloads your data again, so dashboards can take a moment to fill in.

No longer broken

  • On a chart with a single value, such as a Categorical Bar Chart or Box Plot, you can switch between a count and a currency total, like Total Amount on YNAB or Monarch data. Before, the other choice was greyed out.
  • Signing out or switching accounts no longer freezes DayDash.
  • Signing out on the web now removes the copy of your data stored in the browser.
  • A share keeps updating after you delete something that was in it, accepting the same invite twice no longer fails, and you can take back a share even after your plan has lapsed.
  • General bug fixes and improvements.
